Product features and description
The spherical concentration tank mainly consists of four parts: the concentration body, condenser, gas-liquid separator, and liquid receiving tank. It can be used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemical industry for concentration, distillation, and recovery of organic solvents. Due to the use of vacuum concentration, the concentration time is short and the effective components of thermosensitive materials will not be destroyed.

With the continuous deepening of China's economic transformation, intelligent energy conservation, environmental protection, and safety are the directions for future equipment development. At present, coal-fired boilers are gradually being shut down in China, while the unit steam production cost of natural gas boilers and biomass boilers is increasing year by year, increasing the operating costs of enterprises. The widespread application of wind power and photovoltaic power generation technologies has led to sufficient electricity supply and gradually decreasing prices. Traditional evaporation and concentration equipment in the market requires both heat source heating and cold source cooling, bidirectional energy consumption, high unit energy cost, and large solvent loss. At the same time, the high temperature of the heat source can cause significant damage to thermosensitive materials. Although the existing MVR evaporation units have reduced energy consumption during operation, there are safety hazards in organic solvent recovery due to the contact between flammable and explosive gaseous solvents and high-speed compressor impellers. In addition, on-site installation and maintenance are relatively complicated, occupying a large area and inconvenient to operate. In response to the current situation of domestic concentration machines and in order to meet the equipment requirements of users, our company has developed this set of intelligent, energy-saving, low-temperature, safe, environmentally friendly, and vacuum concentration equipment.
