Working principle: The primary and secondary steam is compressed by a heat pump and then provided to the primary heating system, thereby significantly reducing steam consumption and lowering production costs.
Equipment composition: One set of effective heater, effective evaporation chamber, heat pump, two effect heater, two effect evaporation chamber, condenser, liquid receiving tank, and system internal pipe fittings and valves.
Temperature indication: steam pressure of 0.5~0.7MPa; One effect heating temperature of 90 ℃; The first effect evaporation temperature is 75 ℃; Second effect heating temperature 75 ℃; Second effect heating temperature 75 ℃; Second effect evaporation temperature 55 ℃;
Steam consumption: The steam to water ratio is 0.33-0.37kg steam/kg water, which saves about 34% energy and 30% water compared to a dual effect concentrator without a heat pump.
