Detailed description of large indoor and outdoor storage tank products
1. Large outdoor milk silos are suitable for storing insulated and cooled milk on ranches.
2. Made of food grade SUS304-2B material, the bottom of the inner tank is 4.0mm, the body of the inner tank is 3mm, and the outer shell is 2mm. The polyurethane foam insulation thickness is 100mm, and the temperature of fresh milk in the tank is less than ± 1.5 ℃ within 24 hours. Surface film protection, weld polishing treatment.
3. The tank body is in the form of a vertical cylinder, with a top cone top and a taper of 30, and a bottom cone low and a taper of 30. The milk outlet is equipped with a spiral plate.
4. There is an ice water jacket at the bottom of the tank and 1.5 meters below the barrel, which can be used to pre cool the tank before milk collection or for secondary warming during long-term milk storage.

10. The milk level in the milk bin adopts a static pressure liquid level sensor, and the amount of milk in the milk bin is directly displayed on the monitor in the form of weight, which is intuitive and clear. And equipped with liquid level upper and lower limit protection function.
11. The temperature of the milk in the milk warehouse is measured by a temperature sensing probe and displayed directly on the monitor, with an automatic alarm function. When the milk temperature is higher than the set temperature, the alarm will sound to prompt the staff.
The bridges, guardrails, and ladders between the milk silos are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
