component
The equipment consists of a tank, a demister, a condenser, a cooler, an oil-water separator, an oil collection cylinder, a dual filter, a transfer pump, and internal pipelines.
Component section
The tank is equipped with CIP cleaning automatic rotating spray ball, thermometer, pressure gauge, explosion-proof sight glass, sight glass, quick feed inlet, etc., ensuring easy operation and compliance with GMP standards. The inner cylinder of the device consists of two parts: 304 and 316L.
working principle
Add solvent to the extraction tank, soak it, and heat it with jacket steam. The liquid medicine inside the tank boils. Depending on the boiling point of each solvent, the low boiling point components first boil and become secondary steam, which is then condensed and cooled until oil-water separation. Whether to reflux or discharge can be determined according to the process conditions. The oil-water separator utilizes the different densities of oil and water to separate them into upper and lower layers, thereby obtaining volatile oil. Additionally, due to the concentration difference in the upper, middle, and lower parts of the main tank during the heating process, the liquid can be circulated back to the upper part of the main tank through a filter and pump, achieving dynamic extraction.
Quick open the safety type slag discharge door
The automatic opening and closing of the tank cover adopts three cylinder control, and is equipped with a safety device to prevent accidental operation, with a high safety factor. Suitable for use in small and medium-sized slag outlets. |
Rotating slag gate
Fully automatic opening and closing of tank lids; It can achieve high temperature and high pressure extraction, and the rotary ring can reach more than 3Bar, providing more choices for the extraction process and adapting to some special process requirements. It is safe and reliable, with sufficient safety protection functions and no leakage in the extraction tank. |
Large diameter slag discharge door
Fully automatic opening and closing of the can lid; The ability to achieve high-temperature and high-pressure extraction provides more options for the extraction process, and some slag gates are suitable for the slag extraction method of large-diameter inverted cone extraction tanks, with a high safety factor. |
There is a straight through steam pipe on the bottom cover of the slag discharge door, and a steam distribution device is designed in the chamber of the bottom cover to be connected to the straight through steam pipe. In this way, steam can be evenly distributed into the straight cylinder tank without generating impact force and damaging the filter screen. In the solvent stage of distillation residue, the material is heated evenly, and the solvent recovery rate is high. |
The bottom jacket is heated and the liquid outlet pipe is connected with a hard pipe, which has a longer service life and will not leak compared to the previous hose. The bottom jacket steam inlet, condensate outlet, liquid outlet, and spare port are completely independent, and are connected to the external connecting pipe at the liquid outlet rotating tee, which is aesthetically pleasing. |
Slag gate filter screen: The filter plate at the bottom of the extraction tank is made of two layers. One layer is a stainless steel plate with a thickness of 6-8mm and a circular hole with a diameter of 10mm. This layer serves as a support. On top of the support layer, there is a thin stainless steel plate with a thickness of 0.6mm, densely covered with 0.6X10mm long holes. Relatively speaking, the long holes are less likely to be blocked and the filtration is smooth. This layer of steel plate is processed by laser, with a smooth surface, easy to clean, and a durability of 6-8 years without replacement. At the same time, the two-layer filter plate has a hinge structure, which can be easily opened to inspect the cavity and clean under the filter plate. |
For drugs with high viscosity and difficult filtration, the tank side filtration method can be adopted, so that the medicinal materials will not be crushed and stuck on the filter plate, making the filtration more smooth.
Extraction tank side overspeed device |
Pneumatic slag discharge door, with an opening angle of 90 °, 2 cylinders open and close the slag discharge door, and 3 cylinders push the rotating locking ring to lock the slag discharge door. The expansion and contraction points of the two door opening cylinders are set at the left and right middle positions of the slag discharge door, on the same vertical line as the gravity point, so that there will be no impact force due to gravity when opening the door, and the rotating parts of the door will not be damaged due to the presence of impact force. The bottom cover rotating component is designed as a double hinge type with a certain distance, and the two hinges share the same rotation axis, avoiding deformation of the rotating arm support caused by left and right swinging.
