JBQG-AT8000 Type A: It is a PLC control system with a centralized control structure, modular structure connection, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
The system adopts Siemens S7-200 series PLC and color touch human-machine interface to automatically control mixing, temperature, DO, PH, defoaming, and feeding. Pressure, flow rate, and sterilization require manual coordination operation.
Through 485 communication remote computer, the fermentation process can be remotely monitored, with data storage, automatic calibration, data printing, reports, password management, curve tracking and other functions.
JBQG-AT8000 Type B: It is a PLC control system with a distributed control structure (DCS), modular structure connection, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
The system adopts Siemens S7-300 series PLC and color touch human-machine interface, which can automatically control parameters such as mixing, temperature, DO, PH, defoaming, feeding, pressure, flow rate, sterilization, exhaust gas, weight conductivity, etc. All operations can be completed by setting the parameters and clicking the button.
By connecting to a remote computer via Ethernet, it is convenient to connect the equipment to the entire factory's automatic control system (FA) for remote monitoring of the fermentation process. It has functions such as data storage, automatic calibration, data printing, reporting, password management, curve tracking, and more.
JBQG-AT8000 C type: It is an embedded computer control system with a distributed control structure (DCS), modular structure connection, simple operation, and easy maintenance.
The system adopts embedded computer control to automatically control parameters such as stirring, temperature, DO, PH, defoaming, feeding, pressure, flow rate, sterilization, exhaust gas, weight conductivity, etc. All operations can be completed by setting the parameters and clicking the button.
